Standard Tapioca Preparation
Measurements
1 Cup of Dry Tapioca
Pot of Water
2oz - 3oz Raw Cane Sugar
Honey Logan Syrup (optional)
Boiling & Steeping
Bring water to a boil. Once boiling add in the dry tapioca and stir occasionally to avoid sticking and scalding. After boiling for the time indicated below, turn off the stove and continue to steep for the time indicated below. Continue Stirring occasionally during the steeping duration.

Flavoring
After boiling and steeping, rinse the pearls thoroughly. Mix in the Raw Cane Sugar and Honey Logan Syrup. Allow the Pearls to marinate in the sugar for a minimum of 5 minutes before serving.
*Do not store prepared tapioca in a refrigerator. Store at room temperature or in a warmer.
