1 Bag. of Thai Tea Leaves (13oz)
10 Liters of Boiling Water
48oz Golden Cane Syrup
Add the Loose Thai Tea Leaves and Golden Cane Sugar to the boiling water. Boil the mixture for 10 minutes. Next, set aside the entire mixture and allow it to continue steeping overnight or a minimum of 6 hours. Finally, filter out the tea leaves and your base is complete.
Now you’re ready to serve:
1 ⅓ Cup Thai Tea base
¼ Cup Half & Half
Ice
Fill a 24 oz cup with ice, pour in tea base and top with half & half. Enjoy!
Storage Directions:
Store at room temperature and avoid exposure to air and excessive light.
